<p><i>Answer by Emil C.</i><br/>If your word document contains only text, then you could use notepad to save it. Choose all text, copy it, paste it to notepad, save file as &#8220;xxx.sql&#8221;. Do not forget the double quotes, by using them you will teach notepad to change the extension of the saved file.</p>
