I am working with someone that needs a specific site blocked killingtime.com… They need it blocked from both search results and from directly typing in the address… I just had an idea though to try and find a way to strip the ads out of pages… This isnt to mess people out of revenues via the web but to keep younger children from seeing porn on the side and top of this site… Any help would be greatly appreciated…

Using a database variable inside an option value in a drop down box?
I want to put a drop-down box on my gaming site. The user will be able to click on the box and the box will drop down and show a list of games that are in the database. Each game listed in the box will have a link to it. The link will be generated based on the ID of the game in the database.
At the moment, the code I have right now is this:

The problem is that when it shows up on my site, the actual names of the games do not show up. Instead the code shows up. For instance, ” .$ row['gameName']. ” will loop itself over and over again int he menu and the link, when clicked on, will look like this: http://www.mmocraze.com/game-directory/game-profile/?gameId=” .$ row[

He has a site but we dont know how to make a script for mysql and how to connect it to the website. We want to be able to record how many points they have, if they have vip and whatever all the other sites have. We have experience in coding somewhat. But I dont see that being needed. My work uses this great code at the top their page….
Then in the HTML code the following is put to make it work:
When the page loads and the user views it it reads: src=" http://blah.images.com /lp/blahblah.jpg"
It automatically puts the domain information in case you need to change it. In my case, I'd like all items to point to ".com/future/" then when I am done with the new site simply change that original java script to remove the "future" and push the testing site live. My company uses .pd files…but that shouldn't make a difference. I have examined all the code and cannot make it work on my site, doesn’t look like I’m missing anything. Suggestions? Or maybe a different way to do this? I am using .php for my site. Thanks!
