I want to make my site Liverpool Singles Nights into a large friendship community site, like MySpace. However, to avoid messing around with php coding and to just concentrate on promoting my site, I need a GOOD, AFFORDABLE membership script. I do not want one that is buggy and goes on the blink each so often; I want a reliable one that is simple to customise and maintain.

I have been checking out Hostgator to host a wordpress blog or any website. I have checked into Yahoo as well as GoDaddy. I had GoDaddy at one time and could not figure it out for the life of me. I looked at the site builder on Hostgator and it was pretty user friendly, but I want to put google adsense and other affiliate links on my site. Can I even put java script or html on the site builders?
I checked out the CP portion with all of the specifics, but I do not comprehend what any of it means. I know a tiny about html, enough to make a website, but where would I put it? It mentioned something about Frontpage, but is it something I have to have already or does Hostgator come with it? Where do I put the code to actually make a site? What does all of this mumbo jumbo mean?

I am planning to launch a site just like www.flipedia.com
That site is designed to earn residual income. I have bought the readymade script of that site and will publish the same site like that.
Right now the above stated site get the search from MSN and promotes Google Adsense. I have the same idea but I want to feed the search from www.searchfeed.com or www.abcsearch.com
Please tell me that what will be the best? Please also try to search anything from www.flipedia.com and have look at the placements of Adsense ads. Please also let me know about whether google will accept such traffic?

GEOCITIES WEB SITE SCRIPT PROBLEM?

One of the pages on my Geocities web site uses JavaScript to open images in a pop-up window. It tests fine locally and when editing with File Manager. But when viewed online, the Yahoo server inserts its own script in the document head, which interferes with my script, therefore my pop-up images do not work. I never had this problem until recently. How can I correct this?
