Problem::
My father told me to upload/install explorer/internet 7.
Which I did.
[1] On messengers like AIM and Yahoo! after I hit the “enter” button, I cannot see what I said, or what the person on the other line said.
[2] The top part on sites is not see-able. In example, on VampireFreaks, I cannot see the top navigation page bit.
[3] When MacAfee – deal with my bad spelling, please- comes up saying something has been stopped, that message “do you want to continue running scripts on this page?” with the yes or no answer, so I keep clicking yes … Over and over and so on and so fourth.
I do not know if it’s a virus or what, so I just need to know how to fix the problem.
My ideas are uninstal messengers, and then re-install them.
Or.
Does someone know how to fix the problem/is there a way to uninstall explorer 7?

if you can help me with this you will have my eternal gratitude, im about to go berserk!!
im building a web site, have my main timeline, and several MCs on top of it. each motion picture clip has a specific ‘chaper’ of the web site within it. All MCs are set to _visible = 0 and are on top of each other at the beginning. Then I have buttons on the main timeline, and after each button is clicked it’s supposed to set the corresponding MC to visible=1.
Here’s the problem – each MC has an animated ‘intro’ and ‘outro’ therefore i dont want to just go visible and invisible. I want it to play the animated part first.
I put a loop on the main timeline, and then had each button set the variable ‘chapter’ to a corresponding string entry. i have the main timeline check for the changing variable in the loop, and set the corresponding clip to visible=1 and tell target (each MC) to go and play corresponding frames. that doesn’t work. flash does whatever it wants with it!!

I need a script that can verify if a link is on a certain page. Please read all details before answering, Thx!
Here is the deal:
1) Visitor comes to my link site and chooses a category where he/she thought they submitted a link to, but doesn’t bother checking if it is on that page.
2) The person decides they want to update their link with new information and click on the UPDATE YOUR LINK button on the top of the page.
3) They enter in the URL of the link they want to edit.
4) *Here is where I need the cgi or perl, or javascript code) The form they entered the url into checks ONLY the page they are currently on to see if the link is there. If YES, it grants them to edit the link, showing them a form that is pre-filled with the data from the url they entered. (url name, description…) and they can submit the changes to me.
If NO, it tells them that their link is NOT on this page, and please go to the correct page to update the ad.
If you know of a script like this, PLEASE let me know asap, email me if you have to, but I need this asap. Thank you in advance!

Need help please… Do I need to learn html and/or java(script) to create a website on which ads can be put?
I can use softwares like webeasy, dreamweaver etc to create
websites. But I believe that putting ads at proper
position and of proper type uses javascript code. As in adsense
they provide a code to insert into html of websites.
So I want to know that copy-pasting of code will work
or I need to learn javascript/html
And if there are other website creation softwares or programs
other than adsense that can simplify my need, please let
me know…
