How should I put games on my web page?
I made some games that I would like to put on my website. The games I made are written in exe. However, I do know how to convert them to swf. And I have done so recently. What is the ideal way I could put them on my site? I need to know the ideal way and the html code or script that would help me do this? Please be specific. I am not great at html programming.

Goto you web browser Then goto file then Open–Select the .swf file from your my documents folder or where ever you saved it and open it. Then goto view on your web browser and choose view source then copy and past that code into your web site.

If you delete their ad, they delete your page, so you DO want their ad on your page. It’s what keeps your page from getting deleted. (SOMETHING has to pay for the space and bandwidth – their ad or your money, it’s your choice.)

Security restrictions prevent what you are trying to do. You will get an access denied error each time. Trust me. Been there. Done that.

If you look at the page on my site, you can see what I mean. It’s at http://www.dyna-cube-studios.com/screen.asp . I just want to use it in my site to determine the users screen resolution. It works fine in World wide web Explorer. Any ideas what I could do to make it look superior for other browsers?

All that stuff behind the doctype is invalid HTML. Everything other than doctype or server-side scripting that doesn’t output anything goes after the tag. Try modifying your script so that it outputs the form inside the tag and the JavaScript inside the tag. The reason your site works in IE is because IE is a piece of crap that doesn’t really care about standards.

1) Visitor comes to my link site and chooses a category where he/she thought they submitted a link to, but doesn’t bother checking if it is on that page.
2) The person decides they want to update their link with new information and click on the UPDATE YOUR LINK button on the top of the page.
3) They enter in the URL of the link they want to edit.
4) *Here is where I need the cgi or perl, or javascript code) The form they entered the url into checks ONLY the page they are currently on to see if the link is there. If YES, it grants them to edit the link, showing them a form that is pre-filled with the data from the url they entered. (url name, description…) and they can submit the changes to me.
If NO, it tells them that their link is NOT on this page, and please go to the correct page to update the ad.

If you know of a script like this, PLEASE let me know asap, email me if you have to, but I need this asap. Thank you in advance!

I do not have a script for you, but I have an idea on how to do it. Basically, the needs to be named. Then, the . The value needs to be linked to userlink, but the default of the userlink is what ever you set it to. If I had more time, I’d attempt the script for you, but I gotta goto work soon.
