how to make a site with that banner like 911tabs.com for it’s external links?
i run a business in web design and i want to have a page where a client can log in to approve the site before they purchase it. I can set up the log in script using MySQL, but how do I add a banner to the pages like the one seen on 911tabs.com when you visit an external link.
(Example… http://www.911tabs.com/link/?6769987 – the banner is at the very top, then the external website is underneath)

How do I make a script to periodically get a page in my site and check its links for accessibility?
i already have purchased a web hosting account.
i want my “new” server to check my all other sites (page by page) automatically (and periodically) for accessibility.
my site (and it’s SiteMap) changes about 10 times a day.
so i want my server to get links from sitemap and check those links for accessibility. (i do not need serious Log)
please help me to set up this. (using script or other way)
i know C, HTML, and VB programing. But new to java. and knows nothing about Php.
Please give me steps to do this Or/And Links to detailed pages.
