What is a good free web host?
A couple months back, my account on 110mb.com was suspended (apparently for no good reason; I was given no warning, notification or explanation). Accordingly, I would now like to find a new host for my personal site, and I am wondering if anyone knows of any good ones. My site will mostly be for linking together places I go on the World wide web and artistic things I have made and want to share, so that they can all be accessed from a single central location.
Things I completely need:
- Is free to use.
- Has reasonable storage and bandwidth.
- No intrusive forced advertisements (popups, noisy Flash ads, or anything which interferes with my own code).
- Grants uploading reasonably big files (at least several MB).
- Has reasonably fast loading speeds and reasonably low downtime.
- Grants scripts, including hit counters and game scripts.
- Grants minimally mature (PG-13) content both on-site and in links and embeds.
- Grants non-commercial derivative/fair use content.
Things I would also like to have:
- Has big storage and bandwidth.
- No forced advertisements.
- No file size limit.
- Has a reasonably concise address scheme.
Things I completely do not care about at all:
- Templates, pre-scripts, or setup wizards.
- On the web WYSIWYG editors.
- Paid premium options.
- Allowing highly mature (X or NC-17) content.
So does anyone happen to know of a decent host that fits all these requirements?

I wanna be a hero and I have written some scripts for me and 2 of them are almost completed. One has a rambo kinda charactor in a conspiracy thriller and the another one is a lovestory of a schizophreniac.
Beleive it or not, but I am gonna make it no matter I do not know how I am gonna do it.
But before that I have to work on my language, my speech is like an American but my vocabulary is not so good but it would be okay in 1-2 year.

What is a good store hosting website?
I’m looking for a (preferably free) site that grants me to make a store where other people can make accounts, post their items for sale, and, since this is for a game I play, it would be nice if I could set the type of currency they can pay in. However, I am not looking for a site that makes customers put in any billing information. It would also be nice if they grant for a forum to be attached.
I am looking for either a Script, or web hosting company that does this. Any suggestions?

Rite now I am using phpauction which is free and there just is not enough features or customization.
