i have downloaded freeridegames.com a while back.?
now, 7 wonders 2 and 10 talisman, my favorites of course, doesn’t no longer work. when i click the icon, a box comes up saying “game launcher has stopped working”. now i’ve played it many months, but starting having trouble, so i uninstalled it and reinstalled, and it did not work this time. can anyone please give me some thorough instructions on how to fix this error, of which i get those too. world wide web explorer script error, which knocks me off my game. that is why i did what i stated above, but something happened when i tried to reinstall those 2 games. the other games on that site still work, as they do on iwin.com, i get similar messages, as i do on verizon arcade, too. what is with that?? please help

Okay, I want to make a website, but I am thinking I will get in trouble with adhitz.
Alright. I am really good with scripting, and I wanted to make a site that is an AdHitz click exchange.
Like a user puts up the link to their banner for 1 credit/click (they upload their banners HTML code and some random information from the world wide web to like, pastehtml.com, then they give me the PHTML link). And users have to click the adhitz link to get paid. And they can only click it once per 24 hours.
What is ‘Encouraging links’ on AdHitz
Compensate users for viewing ads or performing searches, or promise compensation to a third celebration for such behavior.
^Nope, we aren’t paying them, we had simply be giving them credits so they can post their banner. And I do not think credits is a form of currency.
Encourage users to click the AdHitz ads using phrases such as “click the ads”, “support us”, “visit these links” or other similar language.
^We’re not saying anything that encourages them, they simply click on the ads because they want credits, not that we state anything.
Direct user attention to the ads using arrows or other graphical gimmicks.

Format ads so that they become indistinguishable from other content on that page.

Basically all this is at their own risk, we do not do anything wrong basically, everything is at the publishers risk. If they do not add any ‘Content’ to their PHTML page, they are the ones getting banned.
Anyway, they do not click ads on OUR website. When users click the link to go to the publishers page, it will contain a frame, that is linked to their website with the ads. I will make it so that if the webpage changes its URL, then it will give a credit to your account.
I do not think it’s a scraper site, but please tell me if so.

I have a game tournament site, I need to display the current tournaments available sorted by game name throughout 5 pages (10 tournaments per page).
The current script for it is….
$ table_select = mysql_query(‘SELECT * FROM 9Gt_tables ORDER BY game DESC LIMIT 10′);
this displays the first 10, for the other pages how do i begin at 11 and go to 20, the 21-30, etc….

Why cannot I run and learn PHP on Mac 10.6.6 Apache server?
My iMac I recently purchased runs Mac OS X 10.6.6. That version comes pre-installed with Apache server and can be enabled to run PHP. I followed the on the web instructions (They’re all the same for Mac OS 10.6.6). I installed XCODE from the Mac 10.6.6 install CD. I opened httpd.conf and ensured the PHP module line of code was not commented out. Both PHP 4 and PHP 5 lines of code aren’t commented out. That means PHP is ready to begin running on my Apache server. I then went to Web Sharing and clicked on my personal Web address and lo and behold, it ran a default script. I typed up a info.php file like a few different tutorials have told me and viewed the file on my computer’s Web address. It displayed raw PHP code that I had typed in that file. What is up with that? Why doesn’t my PHP code run, but instead, display raw PHP code?
All I want to do is see the results of PHP codes I type. That is the goal. If my Mac can do that, then my goal is to make my Mac do that. Can anyone help me solve this issue?
Is there a way to put an address bar I can type an address into on the top of the Finder window? I have to see where this /etc/apache2/httpd.conf file is that Web sites keep informing me of and I must ensure that I am editing the correct httpd.conf and not a phantom file. There is no reason in the world why PHP would not be enabled from those changes I made unless I did not edit the correct file.
And why are PORT files so difficult to search for?
I tried XAMP already and then deleted it because I do not want to run my Web server from third-party software when I complete my site on down the line. I’d rather do it correctly from the get-go. Perhaps that will have to wait for another day as a last resort. I can sacrifice another day to do that.
Germann, PORT files are the critical system files that run the OS.
MAMP actually advocates that I set up Apache server on my Mac without the use of MAMP if I am going to use it as my Web server.
