My Facebook is filled with ads and lagging and I am having a cross site scripting message that keeps popping up?
I’m using IE and Windows 7. I have compared my Facebook to several friends and none of them have the insane amount of ads mine does. They are all over and some are quite large. It causes lag and unresponsiveness. In addition I am getting a message regarding “cross site scripting”. AVG has not found a virus but it certainly seems like something malicious is going on here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My facebook use to to that to. I thought it was hacked so I changed the password and it did nothing. I tried logging onto to it from another personal and lo and behold it ran faster and had less ads. It was not because it was a different personal it is because the other world wide web server I was using. Basically using World wide web Explorer is what was causing my facebook to run slow and have lots of ads. I now use google chrome and it runs so much better. I would try either using google chrome or modzilla fire fox. Hope I helped.

i use 000webhost and i want it to display whatever is in a certain folder in the server. i use this so that files uploaded from home can be accessed from laptop without needing to login to net2ftp. and just to let u know…i have password protection on site so i will not get spammed with files and nobody will get mine

HTML runs on the users computer, not the server. It, and javascript, do not have access to the list of files. You will need a server-side language, like PHP, Ruby (on Rails) or Python (with Django or Turbogears) to get access to the file list. You will also have to have a webhost that supports it.

Personally, I like it. The only recommendation I would make would be to use another color or 2 to break up all the yellowish color. Other than that, I think it looks pretty nice. Seems to be organized (I cannot read the language, so…) and not too busy. As far as the script, not sure what to tell you. Good luck though : )

There does not seem to be a bridge for Noah’s Classifieds and Joomla!. Have done a search at http://extensions.joomla.org for classified? There are a few other options you could use other than Noah’s and integrate them with Joomla!. For instance: AdsManager – Classified Ads

I did find this on the Joomla! Code site: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/nc-jv8/frs/?action=FrsReleaseView&frs_package_id=3336&release_id=6762 It looks about 1 1/2 years old, so I am not sure if there has been any development on it. You might want to back up your site with JoomlaPack before installing this, but it might work.

Thats a cross scripting error…nothing to worry about…when the sports stories are on Yahoo Home page and e-mail page…the web page prevents cross scripting……I get that a lot and so do a lot of other people…just x it out…..
