NEED HELP PLEASE… DO I NEED TO LEARN HTML AND/OR JAVA(SCRIPT) TO CREATE A WEBSITE ON WHICH ADS CAN BE PUT?

Question by James N:
Need help please… Do I need to learn html and/or java(script) to create a website on which ads can be put?
I can use softwares like webeasy, dreamweaver etc to create
websites. But I believe that putting ads at proper
position and of proper type uses javascript code. As in adsense
they provide a code to insert into html of websites.
So I want to know that copy-pasting of code will work
or I need to learn javascript/html
And if there are other website creation softwares or programs
other than adsense that can simplify my need, please let
me know…
Thanks..

Pretty much its copy and paste. Size will need to be predetermine by the designer.
There is adbrite.com for adds comparable to adsense
as for programs and software, you can learn server side coding and map the code to multiple webpages. wordpress, drupal and joomla have content management that can handle what you are asking. Drupal is pretty simplistic and something you can invest.

You need that please1.jpg and that thanks1.gif. Or just rename it for the pictures that you will use. Also the pics must be in the same directory that you page is in this case.

If your web host won’t allow you to upload images, I’d suggest using photobucket.com to store the pictures.

You don’t have to learn javascript or HTML to use the Ad Code provided by Advertisers (Google Adsense, YPN, Microsoft Adcenter, etc…).
You just paste the code snippet that they provide you into the HTML file you are developing.
It would help if you knew a little bit of HTML with CSS. Having those skills would help you position the ads.
For Example, say you wanted an ad from Adsenese to show up 10 pixels from the top of the users web browser and 40 pixels in from the left. You could wrap the Adsense code in a

A good place to learn some basic HTML and CSS is w3schools.com. They have excellent tutorials that walk you through HTML/CSS/Javascript very slowly.

No, you just need to copy/paste codes.
As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. A domain name is a name you want to call your website (ex: http://www.yahoo.com). To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.
If you want to start your website I recommend purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this gift today.
As an experienced webmaster I recommend BH web hosting which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.

They also offer “Free Site Builder” that helps you build your web pages without difficulty if you are not skilled in using any website creating program. (WYSIWYG: What You See Is What You Get) You can use this service optionally. You can also create the pages offline with your favorite program (DreamWeaver, FrontPage, Microsoft Publisher, etc.), and then upload them to your web host. This is another easy way to get your website online.
