I have created/ am creating a website using adobe flash cs3, action script 2.0. How do I add my podcast not a link to an external podcast.

you could try including a motion picture file which plays a sound-clip fetched using action-script

You can’t. AdBlock (and other similar solutions) blocks all ads, including those from Google AdSense, and you can’t bypass it.
Even if you find a way around it, they would implement a fix very soon, and you’d be back where you are.

No matter what software you are using to create the site, you have to make sure you have enough bandwidthto host all of your episodes and support the listeners. Here is a bandwidth calculator: http://www.podtopia.net/bcalc.shtml
Create your podcast using some kind of digital recorder and editing software.
Upload your podcast and use adobe to make some kind of interface, like a radio button or a little tv screen, linked to the podcast file. Upload to the same url every time.
