You said that you were noticed that adsense code will be removed when it’s viewed.
So, I think you’re using special html editor. That’s ok. Just ignore the message, upload your html and see the result online from browser.
The best tool to copy paste adsense code (or any other codes), is notepad, or any other plain text editor.
If you still can not view the adsense in action, there are some possibilities who or what is blocking it :
1. Your browser (there are some plugins to do that).
2. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or any cache / proxy server.
3. Firewall.
4. Proxy Auto Config (PAC) script.
5. Or google. On a new page, usually you will get Public Service Ads (PSA). If you have 3 ads, and the first is already PSA, then the second and the third will be blank. On some cases, no PSA at all (just blank area on your page).

The software or blog your using may not allow all th needed html in the adsense code. check for a method to insert html directly, if it doesn;t work you’ll need to change your blog or use a differnt html editor.
Another possibility. if you have ftp access to the files, you could download the html, insert the adsense code using notepad, and then upload again

Do you mean one that shows written scripts, or one that will help you write them?
EDIT- well, if you want one that will help you learn to write them then definitely check out Dave Trottier at http://www.keepwriting.com/index.htm. He’s a really great teacher and his book, the screen-writers bible, is considered one of the greatest tools for beginner screenwriters.
