Where to purchase reward site script?
I am looking to set up a reward site (like prizerebel) and I want to know where I can find a reliable script that includes the tracking capability (so that users get points for their rewards automatically when accomplishing certain actions).

Do you know of a good reliable solution?

You cannot – you hire a web developer to write your site, or you learn enough to write it yourself. Sites like that do not publish or sell their code.
