Q&A: HOW DO I HOST A WEBSITE ON HOSTGATOR OR ANY HOSTING SITE ?

How do I host a website on Hostgator or any hosting site ?
I have been checking out Hostgator to host a wordpress blog or any website. I have checked into Yahoo as well as GoDaddy. I had GoDaddy at one time and could not figure it out for the life of me. I looked at the site builder on Hostgator and it was pretty user friendly, but I want to put google adsense and other affiliate links on my site. Can I even put java script or html on the site builders?
I checked out the CP portion with all of the specifics, but I do not comprehend what any of it means. I know a tiny about html, enough to make a website, but where would I put it? It mentioned something about Frontpage, but is it something I have to have already or does Hostgator come with it? Where do I put the code to actually make a site? What does all of this mumbo jumbo mean?

There is a book with the script on it. You can either find it in the theatre arts section of Barnes and Noble, or Borders.

A Chorus Line is liscensed though Tams Witmark. I have gotten perusal scripts from them in the past when considering different musicals. I didn’t see a link on their webpage of how to request a perusal script (where they will send you a script for a small fee and you send it back when you are done reading it) but I am sure you could call them and ask.

Firstly you create your page offline (not on the internet with frontpage with all the links so hyperlinking with just simple links lke home.html, also with frontpage you can add your jacvascript and ads ect… all while ur herer this is your setup stage. Secondly sign up with a free web host or paid one whichever your willing and then use thier CP upload featuere or use FTP to uplaod the files into that server. Make sure the main page is called index.html.
Then get the url that the free or paid webhost give you and type it in to ur URL and you should see yoru website
