What is a web script and what would I do to make a site if I got one?
If I got a web script, what is it and how do I make a site with it? I have Adobe Dreamweaver.

You generally do not need Adobe Dream weaver when you use Web script like joomla or wordpress or any others. Your web host should support web scripts to be run on your hosting accounts.
