I visited a website http://www.getjar.com/software/Nokia This website has edited the google adsense code using java script.. Is it granted according to google.. y google din’t ban them

i havent done HTML in a long long time i use Dreamweaver now, but im pretty sure its then the list here

I am unable to see anything on https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=48182&sourceid=aso&subid=ww-ww-et-asui&medium=link that they have violated. Additionally, Google says “Publishers are encouraged to experiment with a variety of placements”.

One of the terms of Adsense Program Policies state specifically that the Adsense code CANNOT be modified. If it has been modified, then it is a violation of Adsense Program Policies and can be reported
